A Taste of Southern Ukraine: Anna Voloshyna x Olia Hercules at Tatar Bunar

To celebrate the release of Anna Voloshyna’s new cookbook, UKRAÏNE: Recipes and Stories from Kyiv to the Black Sea, Anna is coming to London for a very special dinner at Tatar Bunar, created in collaboration with Olia Hercules. Together, Anna and Olia will serve a five-course menu inspired by the flavors of southern Ukraine, bringing together recipes and stories from UKRAÏNE with Olia’s cooking and the spirit of Tatar Bunar. Anna’s dishes for the evening will include Duck Cabbage Rolls with Millet and Winter Squash, and Verhuny with Cinnamon Sugar and Brown Butter Caramel. It will be a one-night-only celebration of Ukrainian food, friendship, and the launch of UKRAÏNE.
